John Hancock

Yes, this is another (horrible) illustration-less post. Don't fret, I have a reason for this. So you might have noticed that all artists (or amateurs who make art things) usually sign their finished products. I am no exception to this tradition.
You may have noticed that my earlier pieces of work have been signed "Tori" "Tori R." and most currently "VR". I'm not really sure why, but I sort of hated signing "Tori" or "Tori R." because it make my images feel cartoony and cheap..or at least I felt that way. I also didn't want to sign out my full name and last name because that would be too obnoxious. I feel like just putting a subtle and cursive "VR" not only represents my work, but myself as well!
Now you may have also noticed that at the end of my posts I added in a cheeky little signature as well. I wanted to do this from the beginning but I was too indecisive to pick something that wouldn't  be too obnoxious looking. I really like my new signature and will continue to put it at the end of my upcoming posts! I left some posts "unsigned" because I think my signature sort of is a symbol of me figuring out what I'm doing, and that started just a few posts ago. Until next time.

p.s I also made a new self "portrait" featured to your right!
