Pretty Little Things

So these drawings are quite old. By quite old, I mean by about a year or so. Many people will look at these and just see that they are drawings of people I've done, not really knowing who they are or why I've decided to illustrate one captured moment of them.
My obsession with these people has been born from endless hours on Tumblr, following fashion blog galore. If you still have no idea where I'm going with this, let me tell you. Basically fashion is something that inspires me daily. Fabulous clothes, chic people, inspiring individuals, ect. I've found myself completely inthralled by the fashion industry and the people who make it gush-worthy. Between my never ending pile of Vogue (and other highly respected fashion magazines), my hundreds of tracked tags on tumblr of male models, and my tiny collection of designer goods, my interests in fashion is far more than just an interest.
You're still probably wondering who the eff these people are (if you yourself aren't a fashion enthusiast like myself). The top photograph is of 22 year old French male model Clement Chabernaud. One of my all time favorite models with the most impeccable editorial and runway track record. The second image is of Australian not so "girl next door" Abbey Lee Kershaw. She is one model who has transformed from a Victoria's Secret Angel to one of the most high fashion models there has ever been. Aka. She's basically the Voldemort of the fashion industry, which makes me find her so interesting. Thirdly, but not lastly (wait..what..) is Cole Mohr. I went through a 3 month phase of marveling (and being completely in love with) at this Fashion "bad boy". He is honestly one of the most comedic and not to mention unique male models in the game. He's known for being very tattooed, and it kills me how many grotesque "home made" tattoos he has all over.
In all I think I chose these three not because of how visually striking they may be, but because their personal styles and lifestyles are so interesting. They aren't just people who "sit pretty", watching interviews of Cole and Abbey Lee are always interesting and sometimes very surprising. Now that you probably find me somewhat of a fashion imbecile, I should probably let you go back to your own lives and end this post. Look for more posts in the future!
